Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

Clothing & Accessories:
We are pleased to offer a hassle-free exchange policy to guarantee your satisfaction. If you have ordered clothing or accessories (including tops, bottoms, headwear, bags, and jewellery) and your order doesn’t fit perfectly, you can exchange or refund it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags, paper, and boxes intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Sneakers:

For footwear, including sneakers from brands like Nike, Jordan, Yeezy, or Adidas, we do not offer refunds, so please choose carefully. Your order will be eligible for an exchange or store credit, which must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning In-Store:

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in-store.

Return Shipping Cost:

You will be required to pay for shipping to return your item, or the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, exchange, or store credit note.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Return Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your request for a store credit, exchange, or refund.

Hair Products:

For health and safety reasons, hair products and perishable goods are exempt from being returned unless faulty or they are sent to you outside of their use date. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Online orders must be returned online and not in-store.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:

No refunds, exchanges, or credit notes are available on sale or discounted items.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@kingsmenhair.com.au, and you will have to arrange the delivery of your item.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
